Whether your idea of fishing is a barbeque by the river, wading for the salmon pools or late night sea trout fishing our stretch of the Upper Spey is an idyllic place to be. We offer day tickets to guests in the house, yurt or Beermoth at £25 per day.

Running downriver from the junction with the river Feshie, this 3 mile stretch offers single bank access for sea trout, brownies and the very occasional salmon.

The river is pretty technical and does take some learning. Waders, double handed rods and Spey casting are an advantage but there are classic sea trout pools and some open stretches so a single-handed rod will be fine for those long summer nights...
