Out in the woods at Inshriach is a 16ft yurt made with the help of Red Kite Yurts. It has a Victorian double bed and a woodburner and has already been the scene of a successful proposal, a wedding night and lots of happy campers. It sits in splendid isolation, looking out across the Spey to the Monadliath mountains and you are extremely unlikely to see another person. The bathroom is 600 metres away in the farmyard.

It is available to rent through Sawdays Canopy and Stars for a minimum 2 night stay from £70 per night.

Our next project is the Beer Moth, a 1956 Commer lorry converted into luxurious camping for two complete with a wood fired rayburn, a victorian double bed and a parquet floor. It is cosy and comfortable until you open up the sides and it becomes an alfresco home on wheels. That is also available to rent through Canopy and Stars.
